Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on working experience in an IT Asset Management role.
• Experience using Asset and Reporting modules within Service Now.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bank’s hardware IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure models records are complete, accurate, and normalized.
• Track and report on assets with aged or end of life models.
