Job summary

Tailscale is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team in Canada. This six-month contract role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and focuses on coordinating interview scheduling, candidate experience, and process improvement.

You will partner with TA Partners, sourcers, hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates to keep recruiting on track, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain accurate data.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting processes and scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solving and good judgment to address issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional candidate interaction.
• Familiarity with recruiting systems and collaboration tools (Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Google Workspace, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone screens, assessments, panel interviews, and other interview stages across candidates, interviewers, and time zones.
• Manage complex scheduling and changing priorities with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Ensure candidates and interview teams have the information and support they need throughout the interview process.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and potential delays to keep searches moving forward.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to keep candidates informed and engaged.
• Maintain recruiting data and documentation across systems; propose process improvements.
• Support TA programs and projects to improve candidate experience and team scalability.
