1Password is seeking a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst to build AI agents, data products, and analytics workflows that empower global GTM teams. You will connect data across systems, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver reliable insights for leaders across Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience building AI agents or workflows powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Proficient in SQL and able to apply statistics to analyze data meaningfully.
• Document and improve business processes to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild sales and revenue operations processes to reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain AI agents that prepare call and deal briefs and drafts.
• Create data tables and scheduled analysis jobs combining data from Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems.
• Produce reports, alerts, and manager briefs for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations to define requirements.
