Job summary

1Password is seeking a Partner Alliance Analyst to support AWS alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell programs from a Canada/USA remote base. You’ll work with Alliances, Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and other teams to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and drive GTM decisions.

The role emphasizes analytical reporting, CRM governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize partner-led revenue and pipeline. A strong data mindset and BI familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
• Must collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Operations on moderately complex projects.
• Experience with CRM reporting and revenue recognition concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools for data accuracy and governance.
• Nice to have Looker or BI tool familiarity and AWS co-sell exposure.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage AWS offers, renewals, amendments, and related transactions for alliance opportunities.
• Manage AWS opportunities from creation to closure with internal and AWS teams.
• Research target accounts and support account mapping, segmentation, and sizing for outreach and deal planning.
• Build dashboards and monthly reports on Marketplace activity, co-sell pipeline, and ARR contribution.
• Coordinate with RevOps to reflect alliance and co-sell activity in Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Track partner and field engagement; support partner events and campaigns and measure activations against goals.
• Document and improve repeatable alliance processes, including Marketplace transactions and AWS workflows.
