Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets.
• Expertise in Meta Ads and related tracking.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Professional communication with client stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own user acquisition performance across an assigned portfolio of client accounts, measured against ROAS, CPR, and cost-per-FTD targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic.
• Manage multi-million-dollar monthly spend, allocating budget across channels based on performance.
• Maintain a structured A/B testing framework across audiences, creative, placements, and landing pages.
• Build reporting from impression through to deposit, including cohort and lifetime value analysis.
• Design AI-enabled, automation-first workflows across campaign management, reporting, and creative production.
• Monitor platform policy, privacy, and attribution changes, and evaluate new growth opportunities.
