BLAZESOFT is seeking a Platform Economy Manager in Vaughan to lead data‑driven decisions across game economies and business performance. You will forecast player behavior, drive retention, and influence monetization strategies through rigorous data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.

In this in‑office role, you will configure CRM systems, support marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue across gaming brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Maths, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• 4–5+ years in analytical roles in the social casino/iGaming industry.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Passion for the social gaming industry and a proactive, self‑managed attitude.

Responsibilities

• Economy and metrics insight: analyze game economies and metrics to forecast impact on player behavior, retention, and revenue.
• Financial and data analysis: evaluate performance, forecast revenue, and optimize costs.
• Performance monitoring: track key metrics and take corrective actions based on insights.
• Operational configurations: manage CRM and systems to support campaigns, segmentation, and feature rollout.
• Initiatives to improve main metrics: collaborate to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Product development support: provide recommendations to enhance game features and in‑game economies.
