Blazesoft is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own user acquisition across client accounts. You will manage multi-million-dollar monthly media budgets with Meta as the primary channel, delivering against ROAS, CPR, and first-time-deposit targets while collaborating with an in-house creative team.

This senior, hands-on role requires budget authority, strong analytical abilities, and client-facing communication. Opportunities exist for growth within a scaling international group.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing with direct platform management.
• Managed multi-million-dollar media budgets with measurable outcomes.
• Experience handling multiple accounts/brands concurrently.
• Expertise in desktop and web acquisition, CRO, landing page testing.
• Knowledge of Meta Conversions API, server-side tracking, and postbacks.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Professional communication with client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own user acquisition performance across client accounts against ROAS, CPR, and FTD targets.
• Set targets with leadership, monitor results, and adjust as needed.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic.
• Manage multi-million-dollar monthly spend across channels.
• Maintain structured A/B testing across audiences, placements, creative.
• Own conversion tracking integrity across accounts.
• Build reports from impression to deposit, including cohort and lifetime value.
• Design AI-enabled, automation-first workflows to improve performance.
• Monitor policy changes and explore new growth opportunities.
