Job summary

Blazesoft, a global gaming and digital entertainment company, is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager in Concord, ON. You will own user acquisition performance across a portfolio of client accounts, managing multi-million-dollar monthly spend with Meta as the primary channel, and delivering against ROAS, CPR, and FTD targets.

You will collaborate with in-house creative teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior-level performance marketing experience with P&L ownership.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition performance across multiple client accounts with ROAS and cost targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and programmatic.
• Maintain budget authority and report results to clients and senior leadership.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to automate campaign management and reporting.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across accounts.
