Job summary

Roam is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer in Toronto to optimize our digital channels, acquisition funnel, and customer lifecycle across rentals, leasing, Roam for Business, and fleet management. This senior IC role reports to leadership with autonomy to scale high-leverage opportunities and collaborate with our Senior Content Marketer.

You will drive performance across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, SEO, email, SMS, and AI search, while building scalable lifecycle programs and improving CAC,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance or growth marketing in high-growth environments.
• Proven results in lowering CAC, increasing bookings/leads, or boosting retention.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across digital channels and four business lines.
• Grow bookings and leads while improving CAC, conversion, payback, and lifetime value, allocating budget based on expected returns.
• Test audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and landing pages and scale what works.
• Build lifecycle programs across onboarding, retention, renewals, referrals, and loyalty.
• Own tracking, attribution, and reporting to measure impact and optimize investments.
