Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO, for a 13-month fixed-term contract in Ontario, Canada. You will lead the organic search roadmap, including SEO, AEO, and GEO, while driving traffic, leads, and brand visibility through both traditional and AI-driven search surfaces.

You will audit technical health, oversee content and schema improvements, and partner with Content, Web Development, and Analytics teams to measure ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and growing an organic search channel.
• Strong SEO, AEO, and GEO understanding with technical SEO fundamentals.
• Collaboration with content and development teams to implement recommendations.
• Hands-on with SEO tools and analytics; data-driven narrative ability.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic search strategies across SEO, AEO, GEO.
• Perform technical audits to improve crawlability, indexation, and site health.
• Monitor rankings and site health; translate data into actions.
• Track AI-driven and generative search surfaces; adjust content strategy.
• Lead on-page, technical, and structured data improvements at scale.
• Own keyword research and content gap analysis for editorial roadmap.
• Collaborate with Analytics to build dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving AI search behavior.
• Align organic content with brand narrative across teams.
