Devoted Studios, a globally remote game development partner, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to source new business, close deals, and grow existing accounts across North America and Europe.

Reporting to the Head of BD, you will own lead generation, negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and work with production to deliver opportunities that fit Devoted's capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BD, sales, or partnerships in the games industry with revenue ownership at director level.
• Platform-agnostic experience across PC, console, and mobile.
• Demonstrable personal lead generation and top-of-funnel success.
• Strong contract negotiation with commercial terms and IP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Build a lead-generation pipeline and develop existing relationships.
• Run the full deal cycle: discovery, scoping with production, proposal, negotiation, close.
• Collaborate with production to shape opportunities that fit Devoted's capabilities.
• Maintain client satisfaction and build relationships at all levels.
• Negotiate contracts and support invoicing and legal questions as needed.
