You will own social, AI workflows, dashboards, and partnerships, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, podcasts, and client materials while leading a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing with leadership
• Partner with founders and senior leadership as a business partner
• Brand instinct and disciplined delivery
• Hands-on with AI and automation tools
• Analytics, dashboards and performance reporting
• Experience managing paid channels and SEO basics

Responsibilities

• Align social content with production milestones
• Coordinate with clients on approvals and IP permissions
• Enforce publishing clearance standards
• Provide weekly updates to founder with metrics
• Lead marketing team and contractors
• Oversee website, brand assets, decks, client materials
