Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, building enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence in contact centers. You will use Java and Spring Boot for services, React with TypeScript for front-end, and Node.js for integrations where needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with ownership of production apps.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and related workflows.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and data models in relational DBs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization features.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing, shift management, adherence, and reporting.
• Develop responsive front-ends using TypeScript and React for planners and employees.
• Define OpenAPI contracts, API versioning, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR, payroll, and data warehouses.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to history, time zones, and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automated tests.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, DevOps, and Operations to deliver solutions.
