Job summary

Miratech seeks a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join the Workforce Management stream, building enterprise‑scale forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real‑time adherence tools in a contact center environment. Expect Java/Spring Boot backends, React/TypeScript frontends, and Node.js support for integrations.

You will translate complex workforce rules into auditable software, with experience in CX platforms and WFM processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full‑stack software development experience with production systems.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot background, plus React/TypeScript frontend skills.
• Experience designing RESTful services and working with PostgreSQL data models.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, and cloud‑native deployment patterns.
• Ability to translate complex workforce rules into maintainable software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, scheduling, and reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce apps using TypeScript and React for planners and staff.
• Design and consume REST APIs with OpenAPI contracts and versioning.
• Implement event‑driven workflows for schedule changes and adherence events.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR/payroll, and data warehouses.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to integrity, history and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud‑native deployment and CI/CD tooling.
