Job summary

CPA Ontario is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio, from individual contributors to Director-level roles. You will collaborate with leaders to design hiring strategies, source top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with HR, Marketing & Brand, and Recruitment to strengthen our employer brand, drive diversity and inclusion, and leverage analytics to shape hiring plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate, in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find candidates and using current sourcing tools.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience driving recruitment actions to support equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience developing and using recruitment reports and metrics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles from IC to Director-level, partnering with Hiring Managers on strategy.
• Source, screen, interview, extend offers and support pre-employment verifications as needed.
• Develop talent pipelines and build relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to build successful talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR and Marketing & Brand teams to elevate the employee value proposition.
• Track and analyze metrics to inform business opportunities and improvements.
• Engage in additional project work to elevate the team.
