Job summary

Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a dedicated, customer service oriented Senior Front Office Host to join the Front Office team. This senior role will oversee onboarding and training of new Front Office Hosts and help optimize workflow while greeting guests.

The position involves managing guest registration, communicating hotel services and promotions, and delivering memorable experiences. Shifts include afternoons and evenings (2:30pm–11:00pm), weekends, holidays, and occasional graveyard

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years Front Desk experience in a hotel/hospitality environment.
• Must possess refined and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and be very detail oriented.
• Knowledge of Opera is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new Front Office Hosts; provide regular feedback with management.
• Manage guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Assist with payment processing and respond to guest inquiries.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and support the Front Office team.
