Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, translating analytics into actionable guidance for C-level executives, and overseeing implementation of risk and decisioning platforms in a client-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of professional experience in marketing data science or related analytics.
• Experience with banks or fintechs in unsecured lending.
• Strong knowledge of fraud prevention across application, account, and transaction lifecycles.
• Hands-on with fraud platforms such as Actimize, FICO or SAS.
• Feature engineering using digital, device, behavioral and other data sources.
• Experience in designing fraud rules and applying predictive models, plus A/B or champion-challenger testing.
• Understanding KYC requirements, IDV, disputes and fraud controls.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary client contact with C-level executives for fraud prevention and risk initiatives.
• Design, implement and optimize fraud detection across onboarding, account, and transactions.
• Analyze fraud trends and journeys to refine rules and models for balance of risk and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs like detection rates, false positives, and review volumes; drive improvements.
• Track emerging fraud patterns and adapt controls to evolving threats.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives and scale successful strategies across business areas.
• Oversee implementation of fraud decisioning strategies with governance and auditable processes.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize investigation workflows and dispute handling.
• Lead analytical projects with offshore teams; translate findings into business actions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Guide cross-functional teams in data science applications for stronger controls.
