Job summary

Momentum Financial Services Group is seeking a Manager, Fraud Strategy to design and execute fraud prevention across consumer lending products. This hands-on leader will translate data into effective risk controls while preserving a seamless customer experience.

You will partner with Credit Risk, Product, Ops and IT, using SQL and analytics to detect fraud trends, balance risk with growth, and mentor the team. Hybrid work with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fraud risk management experience in lending, fintech, or banking.
• Proven ability to design and implement fraud strategies across lifecycle.
• Strong SQL, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize fraud prevention across loan application, adjudication, and origination lifecycles.
• Develop controls to identify application, identity, synthetic, and first-party fraud.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Product, Ops, and IT to refine strategies.
• Monitor funnels and use insights to balance risk with customer experience.
• Lead and mentor team, communicating insights to senior leadership.
