Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with MediaOcean (DDS), TM1, Hyperion, D365 is a plus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll budgets and benefits as the single source of truth for the agency.
• Evaluate staffing levels with agency leads and advise adjustments.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and compensation tracking reports.
• Complete retainer reconciliation and fee costing as needed.
• Create month-end journal entries and assist audits.
• Monitor timesheet inputs and approvals; prepare ad-hoc reports.
