Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Finance Manager for a hybrid role in Toronto. You will own the Marketplace P&L and partner with senior leadership to drive forecasting, insights and reporting that shape growth.

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will build models for pricing and promotions, deliver board-level KPIs, and collaborate with Accounting, Product and Customer Success to unlock revenue opportunities using data and AI in finance.

Formación

• 3+ years of FP&A with P&L ownership.
• Experience with ARR and NRR metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to present to senior leaders.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

About the Opportunity

Our client is an established, private equity-backed digital commerce company operating across Canada, the United States and international markets, with a global online marketplace at the centre of its business.

As Finance Manager, you'll own the financial performance of the Marketplace and act as a key business partner to senior leadership. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you'll drive forecasting, insights and reporting that shape how the business grows. The team offers a highly flexible hybrid model, unlimited vacation and paid CPA dues.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Marketplace P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and margin performance
• Build financial models that guide pricing, promotions and growth decisions
• Deliver executive and Board-level reporting, KPIs and insights
• Develop customer and revenue analytics to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with Accounting, Product, Merchandising and Customer Success
• Strengthen data integrity, reporting processes and the use of AI in finance

What You Bring

• Progressive FP&A experience with P&L ownership and financial modelling
• Familiarity with recurring revenue metrics such as ARR and NRR
• Advanced Excel and BI tool skills (Power BI preferred)
• Confident communicator who can present to senior leaders
• Self-directed, analytical and comfortable with ambiguity

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Background in e-commerce, retail or marketplace businesses
