Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Canada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A, planning, and governance across our Canadian OpCo. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Marketing to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and performance analyses, building robust financial models and leadership-ready insights.

The role emphasizes advanced financial modelling, scenario analysis, and the creation of Power BI dashboards to support business decisions and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required and 3+ years FP&A or related experience.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting and performance review processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast and manage governance of financial planning cycles (RoFo, BPR, AP, SP).
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support business decisions.
• Provide insights to senior leadership and drive performance reporting.
