Payments Canada is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted partner to business teams, providing strategic financial insights and challenging the status quo. You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio evaluation, while driving performance metrics and reporting to executives and the Board.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years FP&A experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required or strongly preferred.
• CPA designation is considered a strong asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Management, FP&A, and corporate planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive business partner by providing strategic decision support through analytics and business results.
• Lead the annual planning and budgeting process; coordinate stakeholders and consolidate plans.
• Manage monthly forecasting with departments and provide analysis to senior management.
• Develop and monitor corporate plans, budgets, and 5-year financial forecasts.
• Report on financial performance to Leadership Team and Board.
