Job summary

People Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A - Corporate Services in Canada. This role partners with Corporate Services leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across Legal, CHRO, Real Estate, Enablement, and other functions.

The successful candidate will lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning, delivering actionable insights and robust financial models to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting is required.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Strong forecasting, analytical tools, and financial reporting experience are essential.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Corporate Services leaders, providing insight and decision support.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning for assigned functions.
• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting with accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of insights.
• Deliver variance analyses focused on drivers, implications, and recommended actions.
• Identify, evaluate, and track expense optimization and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and review business cases for initiatives, challenging assumptions and assessing viability.
