Vaco by Highspring, located in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role covers full-cycle reporting across three entities and acts as a finance business partner on P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Qualifikationen

• CPA or equivalent designation preferred/required.
• Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A at Senior Analyst/Manager level.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and month-/quarter-end reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business partnering skills across functions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Owns full-cycle reporting across 3 entities.

• Partners with operational and cross-functional leaders to support financial decision-making and insights.
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles with stakeholders.
• Translates financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners.
• Assists with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and business case support.
• Independent contributor with no direct reports.
• Must be deadline-oriented in a quarter-end reporting cadence.
