Job summary

Coveo Solutions Inc. in Montreal seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with Sales and Customer Experience leaders, owning budgeting, workforce planning, and headcount management. You will translate data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions at the senior level.

You will analyze key metrics like ARR, NER, CAC, churn, and LTV, and collaborate with BI to improve reporting, forecasting, and resource allocation in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner for Sales and Customer Experience leaders, owning budgeting, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Develop understanding of operational metrics such as sales cycles, conversion rates, churn, NRR, CAC, and sales productivity.
• Transform data into actionable recommendations for day-to-day and strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present financial analyses during reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation discussions.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and FP&A team to ensure alignment and governance across plans.
• Work with BI team to improve reporting and visualization tools (Sigma, Snowflake, Adaptive Planning).
