Job summary

BRP in Montreal is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to optimize organizational financial performance under the VP of Finance. The role blends rigorous analysis with advanced data tools to drive value creation and continuous improvement across the company.

You will develop financial models, dashboards, and scenarios to inform strategic decisions, while supporting monthly financial cycles and executive reviews with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, analytics, administration, or related field.
• Experience in process improvement, business analytics, performance finance, or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC), Value Stream Mapping, and performance tools.
• English proficiency required for collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and sources of variability using factual data.
• Develop and deploy tools and processes to enhance financial workflows and management reporting within the finance function.
• Develop and deploy advanced financial analyses to support decision-making and prioritization of initiatives.
• Build, monitor, and optimize financial and operational KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Translate operational challenges into concrete financial impacts through P&L analysis, financial modelling, and robust business cases.
• Prepare executive presentations for monthly financial reviews and for other analyses and special projects.
• Collaborate with and influence teams to support continuous improvement and change management.
