Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead the Service and Parts departments, ensuring peak efficiency, profitability, and exemplary customer experiences. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Assistant Service Manager.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI leadership, workforce development, and adherence to Toyota Production System/Lean principles to maintain OEM compliance

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in automotive Fixed Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in Toyota dealership or major import OEM brand is an asset.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Provide direct leadership to Service and Parts Managers and drive peak performance.
• Set short- and long-term departmental goals with KPIs aligned to dealership objectives.
• Oversee budgets, financial controls, and inventory management for Parts and Service.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, and professional development across fixed operations.
