Vancity is seeking a Senior Financial Services Representative for the Lynn Creek Community Branch (Branch 46). This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, handling complex inquiries, and providing personalized guidance while applying the credit union’s policies and systems.

You will manage member transactions, assess needs, and collaborate with the service team to ensure compliance and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform member transactions in line with standards to deliver high-quality service.
• Identify and assess member needs to provide appropriate products, services and referrals.
• Provide ongoing technical support to the service team to maintain member experience standards.
• Adhere to branch service standards, policies and procedures.
• Support controls to meet compliance and security requirements.
