Vancity is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, enhance member experiences, and foster business growth. This full-time, permanent role at the False Creek Community Branch involves oversight of operational planning and team development.

As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, optimize member experience, and drive business development through exceptional people leadership and strategic execution. You will oversee operational planning, staff development, community engagement, and financial performance, ensuring members receive high‑value financial advice and services that support their long‑term well‑being. This role is ideal for a collaborative, community‑driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and inspires teams to deliver excellence. It is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at our False Creek Community Branch (Branch 76), reporting directly to the Senior Regional Director, Inclusive Banking.
The salary range for this role is $108,500 to $127,700 per annum. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
