Vancity is seeking a Senior Financial Services Representative for the Lynn Creek Community Branch (Branch 46). This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, handling complex inquiries, and providing personalized guidance while applying the credit union’s policies and systems.

You will manage member transactions, assess needs, and collaborate with the service team to ensure compliance and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As aSenior Financial Services Representative,youwill leverage your communication skills as you effectively manage complex situations, problem solve and provide personalized advice.Member's complex inquiries will be satisfiedin a timely manner and within established service standards. Financial Services Representativeswill grow through your transfer of knowledge and expertiseto assure member’s needs are met, thus helpingVancityredefine wealth consistent with branch objectives.You will also bring a strong knowledge ofVancity'spolicies, procedures, systemsandsoftware.

This is a Full-time, Permanent role located at Lynn Creek Community Branch (Branch 46). Youwill report directly to the Assistant Branch Manager.

• Perform member transactions consistent with established standards so that a high level of quality service delivery is achieved
• Identify and assess member/prospect needs to provide appropriate products, services and referrals
• Provide ongoing technical support to the service team (new and tenured) so that member experience standards are achieved
• Apply branch service standards and support adherence to policies and procedures
• Apply and support adherence to controls to meet compliance and security requirements and mitigate risk

What You’ll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $33.90 to $41.98 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
