Job summary

The City of Toronto is seeking a proactive Senior Project Lead to oversee planning and execution of the Finance Shared Services transformation initiative. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage project milestones, and deliver robust governance and risk management across the program.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field – or a combination of education and experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certification considered an asset.
• Considerable project management experience managing project lifecycle for large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop transformation project plans and governance for program requirements.
• Provide input on budget, schedules, and reporting to senior management.
• Drive change management and collaboration across divisions to support shared services.
