Bell in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Senior Manager in the Financial Close Controller team to lead cross-functional initiatives and transform close processes. You will drive end-to-end design, ensure accuracy in close cycles and guide governance on new transactions and standards.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled improvements within a hybrid Canada-based workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent finance experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, documentation and implementation of finance processes for transitory activities with external parties.
• Lead and support the financial close process, ensuring accurate, complete and timely results.
• Analyze and present financial information to drive value-add decision-making.
• Provide guidance on new transactions, projects, processes and accounting standards with strong governance.
