Job summary

Thinkingbox in Toronto is seeking aProducer to lead the planning and execution of integrated projects from kickoff through delivery, with a focus on experiential and digital work. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and Production teams, plus clients and vendors, to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-standard work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production, ideally agency/experiential
• Experience delivering integrated projects from concept to delivery
• Experience across experiential and digital projects
• Strong project management: timelines, budgets, deliverables and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and calm, resourceful mindset
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack and PM platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead production of integrated projects from kickoff to delivery
• Develop and manage production plans, timelines and calendars
• Translate creative ideas into clear production plans with teams
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors and partners
• Manage deliverables, assets, approvals and workflows
• Maintain daily production communications with stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, estimates, POs, invoices and expenses
• Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to stay on scope
• Coordinate logistics for experiential projects, including locations and equipment
• Support on-site production, installations and live experiences
• Maintain clear communication across teams, clients and partners
