Job summary

Pixel Dreams in Toronto is seeking an Events & Experiential Leader to build a scalable practice that turns creative ideas into measurable enterprise results. You will lead end-to-end productions for complex, high-stakes events with enterprise clients.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring North American travel, a hybrid in-office schedule (min 3 days/week), and a proven ability to grow profitable client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in owning and executing high-stakes enterprise events.
• Experience advising and delivering work for large, complex organizations and senior stakeholders.
• Production mastery with command of scopes, budgets, venues, vendors, logistics and live delivery.

Responsibilities

• Transform existing events support into a focused, repeatable and commercially significant enterprise offering.
• Define the methodology, develop the team, build the proof, establish partnerships and systems, win larger engagements.
• Identify, pitch, and win curated, one-of-a-kind experiences for business attendees.
• Own pricing, forecasting, margins, pipeline visibility, revenue and profitability for events.
