Are you great at making (and keeping) friends? Then you may be perfect for this role. The Senior Event Sales Manager focuses on client management, revenue growth, and team leadership. Your mission: convert inquiries into impressive booked events. You will manage your pipeline, meet and tour potential clients, and coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless event execution. Essential Duties

Be an event sales magician

  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Work at one of our locations while also planning events across multiple venues. Learn and communicate the features and benefits of our properties and options to clients.

Hit those numbers

  • Meet or exceed your sales KPIs.
  • Assist the team in surpassing theirs.

Be an MVP to OUR ON-SITE OPERATIONS TEAM

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to motivate and lead the team. Lead daily meetings and virtual briefings, driving revenue growth.
  • Serve as the on-site contact for operations, hosting BEO meetings, and ensuring successful events.

Guide the guest

  • Show clients our venues and options through engaging tours.
  • Support clients in planning and coordinating their events until the day of the party.
  • Manage client relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business.

Flexibility is key

  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.

Be camera ready

  • Stay connected via video for coaching and meetings, fostering team camaraderie remotely.
  • Be prepared to showcase enthusiasm and professionalism when clients visit.
Who You Are

You are an experienced sales professional with management skills and a problem-solving mindset. You thrive on feedback, enjoy friendly competition, and are committed to guest service and interpersonal excellence. You excel at turning ordinary events into memorable celebrations that clients will talk about long after the event ends.

Desired Skills
  • 3+ years in sales, with event sales and multi-unit experience a plus
  • 1+ years in management
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback-driven and data-centric
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and leadership abilities

Required: Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference.

The pay rate for this position is $38.46/hour plus commission, with potential earnings of $40K–$50K in your first year (uncapped), and an OTE of $120K–$130K!
