Job Description

As a Senior Estimator working in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.

• Contribute to the bid process cycle.
• Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials.
• Accurately interpret technical specifications with a keen eye for detail.
• Perform thorough quantity take-offs to ensure precise contract specifications and pricing.
• Maintain a focus on client pricing requirements for project feasibility.
• Cultivate relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Explore innovative solutions and opportunities within the parameters of the project.

Qualifications

• A University Degree, College Diploma or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management, or a combination of education and industry experience.
