Herc Rentals in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta is seeking a Senior Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role coordinates equipment availability, logistics, inventory accuracy, and communications between customers, sales representatives, transportation providers, and branch teams.

This position is ideal for an operations-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial services, transportation, or related industry.
• Experience with fleet coordination, dispatching, operations support, equipment scheduling, or inventory management.
• RentalMan experience is a strong asset; ERP experience is an asset (Oracle or similar).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate equipment availability and fleet utilization to meet rental needs.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and other locations to source, transfer, and exchange equipment.
• Schedule and track equipment movements with transportation providers and drivers.
• Provide accurate equipment availability and information for contracts and quotes.
• Maintain equipment inventory records and support purchasing/admin processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with exceptional service.
• Utilize RentalMan and other systems to manage availability and customer data.
• Support operational planning to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and transport partners.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges with urgency and professionalism.
