Job summary

You will manage projects, lead business development, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality environmental solutions for public and private clients.

You will leverage expertise in ESAs, remediation, and regulatory knowledge, while contributing to Dillon’s growth with hybrid work options and a collaborative, learning-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer or geoscientist in Ontario, or ability to register.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental/civil/geological engineering, geology, hydrogeology or related earth/environmental sciences field.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to environmental contaminants in soil, groundwater and other media.
• Coordinate Phase I/II/III ESAs and related reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to career development and technical direction.
