Dillon Consulting Limited in Ontario seeks an Intermediate Environmental Engineer/Environmental Scientist to join our Contaminant Assessment & Management discipline. You will contribute to Phase I–III ESAs, site remediation, and risk assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated client solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in environmental consulting, a degree in environmental engineering or geoscience, and eligibility for professional designation in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental engineering or geoscience.
• Professional designation or eligibility (Ontario) within 12 months.
• 5+ years in environmental consulting with project coordination experience.
• Knowledge of Ontario regs governing contaminated sites and MECP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Phase I–III ESAs, site remediation, compliance monitoring and RSCs.
• Assist with data collection/evaluation for risk assessments and CSM/Exposure models.
• Develop excess soil management plans per O. Reg. 406/19; oversee field work and filings.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, remedial options analyses and cost estimates.
• Coordinate field programs, subcontractors, and budget/schedule tracking.
• Maintain client communication and assist with proposals.
