Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a technical leader to oversee contaminant assessment and management projects across Ontario, including ESAs, remediation, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting. You will lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure safety-first project delivery in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, proposal development, and business growth while working with a broad multidisciplinary team across multiple Ontario

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Environmental Science.
• Experience leading environmental projects and teams.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex environmental projects including Phase I–III ESAs, remediation, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead on-site assessments and RSC filings as Qualified Person.
• Design and evaluate remediation programs for soil, groundwater, and soil vapour.
• Travel to project sites across Ontario as needed.
