Job summary

WSP is seeking an Experienced Environmental Engineer / Geoscientist to deliver environmental solutions in Ontario. Based in St. Catharines, you will guide projects in waste management, hydrogeology, and contaminated lands, building trusted client relationships and mentoring team members.

You will work with engineers, geoscientists, and technical staff to provide practical solutions, manage proposals, budgets, and reporting, and contribute to business growth across Ontario.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science or engineering; master’s is an asset.
• Eligible for P.Eng. or P.Geo registration preferred.
• 8–15 years in waste management, hydrogeology, or related field.
• Experience with environmental regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead waste management and hydrogeology projects, including reports and permits.
• Manage proposals, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Support contaminated lands assessments and remediation programs.
• Develop work programs, reports, and planning documents for clients.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field work, and safety requirements.
• Supervise field activities such as sampling and measurements.
• Build long-term client relationships and support business growth.
• Mentor junior team members and review technical work.
