Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer in Toronto to lead the technical strategy for large accounts, driving broader adoption of ML/AI across enterprises. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Account Executive and hands-on teams to demonstrate value and enable proof-of-concepts.

You will align technical approaches with business outcomes, build champions, and present a compelling POV to executives to drive successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling very large global accounts (> $1m ARR).
• Ability to establish and lead virtual teams within an account.
• Ability to influence executives and decision-makers with a clear POV.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science and cloud (Azure & AWS).
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical voice for multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
• Define and implement the technical strategy in each account.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
