Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise AEs in Toronto to define and direct the technical strategy for large accounts, driving adoption of the Databricks Data + AI Platform.

You will leverage value selling, technical leadership, and a hands-on team to build proofs of concept and guide widespread use of ML & AI within major clients. You will lead virtual teams, influence executive stakeholders, and present data-driven viewpoints to propel customers down a path of

Qualifications

• Experience with very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts.
• Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and guiding them to success within an account.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or Azure certifications.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account with close alignment to sales.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account and drive data-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and technical peers to accelerate adoption across regions.
