• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-scale B2B SaaS architecture or strategic pre-sales.
• Deep expertise in enterprise CRM platforms, APIs, system integrations, data architecture, and solution design.
• Executive presence with experience leading strategic technical discussions and workshops.
• Experience translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery sessions with enterprise customers and prospects.
• Design scalable, client-centered solutions that align objectives with Introhive's platform capabilities.
• Translate complex requirements into clear solution designs and implementation guidance.
• Facilitate executive workshops that build trust and accelerate decision-making.
• Lead discussions on CRM architecture, APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, data privacy, security, and compliance.
• Partner with Professional Services to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Connect capabilities to measurable business outcomes by identifying high-value use cases and ROI opportunities.
• Support strategic sales opportunities, renewals, and expansion initiatives through technical leadership.
• Mentor Solutions Consultants and elevate consulting standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to feed customer feedback and market trends.
