Job summary

Randstad Digital seeks a high-caliber Solution Architect to lead architectural design and modernization of customer-facing digital applications within a large enterprise context. You will guide cross-functional teams, balance cloud capabilities with legacy systems, and drive multi-year digital transformation initiatives.

You will shape architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance while collaborating with stakeholders across product, infrastructure, and delivery to ensure strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or FSC.
• Proven experience architecting with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
• Core understanding of front-end frameworks (React/Vue.js) and cloud/SaaS integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain complex tech to non-technical partners.

We are seeking a high-performing Solution Architect to drive the architectural design and evolution of mission-critical, customer-facing digital applications. Operating in a complex enterprise environment that balances modern cloud capabilities with legacy systems, you will act as a pivotal technical leader—identifying modernization opportunities, establishing standards, and guiding cross-functional delivery teams through a multi-year digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Modernization: Partner with technical and business stakeholders to simplify, automate, and maximize the reuse of core technology assets across digital portfolios.
• Architect Target States: Develop, maintain, and execute application technology roadmaps aligned with long-term digital strategies and enterprise goals.
• Guide Engineering & Delivery: Lead engineering teams toward target-state architectures by reviewing solution designs, clarifying functional/non-functional requirements, and providing technical governance.
• Establish Architectural Standards: Define best practices and design patterns for digital architectures, coaching engineering peers and technical leads on successful adoption.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex architectural decisions into strategic business outcomes, fostering alignment across product, infrastructure, and delivery teams.
• Evaluate Emerging Tech: Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), vendor evaluations, and technology selection to support ongoing delivery planning.

Required Qualifications

• Solution Architecture Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect designing and scaling digital experience solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Salesforce Ecosystem: 5+ years of hands-on experience solutioning with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Content Platforms: Proven experience architecting solutions with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Modern Web & Cloud: Core understanding of front-end UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar) and experience designing digital platforms integrated with public cloud and SaaS products.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners.

Asset Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or another highly regulated enterprise setting
• Deep familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (ETL, event-driven architectures, REST APIs).
• Strong working knowledge of modern security, identity, and authorization models (OAuth, SAML, IAM).
• Experience with mobile application architecture (native or cross-platform).
• Knowledge of architecture modeling tools/languages (e.g., ArchiMate) and enterprise frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience operating within product-led, Agile delivery environments.
