Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shown experience in enterprise‑level projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies throughout the full life cycle.
• Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to define the system architecture landscape, identify gaps, and deliver a comprehensive solution.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, writing user stories, and providing detailed designs.
• Experience with process flows, UML, and sequence diagrams; recommend improved processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio and Public Sector (GovCloud) is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~25% depending on client needs.
