Job summary

JD Power is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Enterprise Applications to oversee Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa and related platforms. You will define the multi-year roadmap, build and lead a team of architects, developers and analysts, and partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, HR and Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, platform modernization, and governance to scale enterprise systems in a high-growth, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology, with 5+ years leading application platform teams at director level or above.
• Demonstrated experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth environments with CPQ and Billing.
• Track record of leading quote-to-cash transformations end to end.
• Hands-on experience across enterprise SaaS platforms beyond Salesforce (NetSuite, Coupa, Workday).
• Experience owning multi-million-dollar platform budgets and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the enterprise application portfolio (Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa).
• Lead the quote-to-cash transformation end-to-end for velocity and accuracy.
• Own core business processes (quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire) with measurable outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day execution of initiatives, including implementations, enhancements and integrations.
• Act as product owner for core platforms and manage data quality and system integration.
