Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Principal Salesforce Architect to lead the enterprise architecture for our Salesforce initiatives. You will align business needs with technology, work with product teams and executives, and guide the modernization of mission-critical applications on Salesforce platform.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a global health tech setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a senior domain/enterprise architect.
• Principal Salesforce Architect with global experience and Salesforce Connected Apps.
• Proven design and delivery of complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
• Led at least two large CPQ/RCA Product-to-Cash implementations; Salesforce architecture across modules.
• Familiar with Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics; security & data architecture emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice under leadership.
• Develop technical standards, reference architectures, and design patterns for multi-platform solutions.
• Architect enterprise guidance coordinating standard processes and best practices.
• Manage architecture review process with validation checklists and guidance.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce.com solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions for complex business problems.
• Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, availability, and extensibility.
• Lead data migration and integration delivery for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
