Job summary

Aplin and its client in Kingsville, Ontario seek an experienced Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications to shape the ERP modernization program and lead the enterprise application strategy. You will drive a high-impact team across IT and business functions, delivering practical improvements through technology alignment.

You will manage vendor and advisory relationships, govern data, and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and HR to optimize processes and enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing ERP/enterprise applications, at director level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop and execute ERP/enterprise application strategies.
• Experience leading full-cycle ERP migrations or implementations from business case to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ERP/enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, and modernization plans.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for implementation, integration, configuration, and support.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and HR to identify technology opportunities.
• Oversee design, configuration, maintenance, and performance of ERP systems.
• Establish data governance and master data management practices with Data & Analytics teams.
• Manage ERP vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new ERP technologies.
• Ensure integration with WMS, planning, reporting/BI, and automation platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and oversee release management and user adoption.
