Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for Late Oncology and Early Phase Program Management.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of global early-phase clinical trials on schedule and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Operations, GCDO, and external partners.
• Oversee vendor governance, budgets, and timelines for governance review.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing clinical operations team.
